Durante el juicio Preynat, de 74 a\u00f1os, fue acusado de cometer abuso contra ni\u00f1os entre 1971 y 1991 cuando era capell\u00e1n de los \u201cboy scouts\u201d en una localidad cercana a Lyon. Los ni\u00f1os ten\u00edan en la \u00e9poca entre 7 y 15 a\u00f1os, y, en el momento en que ocurrieron los abusos, las familias confiaban a la Iglesia a sus hijos, sin hacer preguntas, para excursiones de expedici\u00f3n infantil dentro y fuera de Francia.  Pero, en 2015 algunos ex \\\"scouts\\\" rompieron el silencio y acusaron ante la justicia a Preynat de tocamientos, besos en la boca y caricias de tipo sexual a las que se vieron forzados. Estos actos fueron ocultados  por la Iglesia cat\u00f3lica de Francia, lo que provoc\u00f3 la condena del cardenal Philippe Barbarin en marzo de 2019 a seis meses de prisi\u00f3n condicional. Barbarin fue condenado por no informar a la Justicia de los hechos y por haber mantenido al sacerdote en la di\u00f3cesis hasta 2015, pese a que Preynat ya hab\u00eda confesado sus actos ante sus superiores en 1991. De pie y r\u00edgido en el estrado, Preynat dijo: \\\"Yo sab\u00eda que estos gestos estaban prohibidos, que eran caricias que nunca deber\u00eda haber hecho. Eran a escondidas\\\", iti\u00f3. \\\"Y s\u00ed, es verdad, me aportaban placer sexual\\\". La investigaci\u00f3n revel\u00f3 que este sacerdote cometi\u00f3 sus primeras agresiones a los 17 a\u00f1os, cuando era monitor en colonias de vacaciones, en el a\u00f1o 1962. El acusado afirm\u00f3 que fue sometido a terapia y ces\u00f3 de cometer sus abusos sexuales a partir de 1991.   En una confesi&oacute;n que dej&oacute; helado incluso al tribunal, el ex sacerdote franc&eacute;s Bernard Preynat, juzgado en Lyon por pederastia, reconoci&oacute;  que durante dos d&eacute;cadas abus&oacute; de "cuatro a cinco nenes" cada semana, un esc&aacute;ndalo que fue ocultado por la Iglesia. 


  Durante el juicio Preynat, de 74 a&ntilde;os, fue acusado de cometer abuso contra ni&ntilde;os entre 1971 y 1991 cuando era capell&aacute;n de los &ldquo;boy scouts&rdquo; en una localidad cercana a Lyon. 


  Los ni&ntilde;os ten&iacute;an en la &eacute;poca entre 7 y 15 a&ntilde;os, y, en el momento en que ocurrieron los abusos, las familias confiaban a la Iglesia a sus hijos, sin hacer preguntas, para excursiones de expedici&oacute;n infantil dentro y fuera de Francia.  Pero, en 2015 algunos ex "scouts" rompieron el silencio y acusaron ante la justicia a Preynat de tocamientos, besos en la boca y caricias de tipo sexual a las que se vieron forzados.

 Estos actos fueron ocultados  por la Iglesia cat&oacute;lica de Francia, lo que provoc&oacute; la condena del cardenal Philippe Barbarin en marzo de 2019 a seis meses de prisi&oacute;n condicional. Barbarin fue condenado por no informar a la Justicia de los hechos y por haber mantenido al sacerdote en la di&oacute;cesis hasta 2015, pese a que Preynat ya hab&iacute;a confesado sus actos ante sus superiores en 1991. De pie y r&iacute;gido en el estrado, Preynat dijo: "Yo sab&iacute;a que estos gestos estaban prohibidos, que eran caricias que nunca deber&iacute;a haber hecho. Eran a escondidas", iti&oacute;. "Y s&iacute;, es verdad, me aportaban placer sexual". La investigaci&oacute;n revel&oacute; que este sacerdote cometi&oacute; sus primeras agresiones a los 17 a&ntilde;os, cuando era monitor en colonias de vacaciones, en el a&ntilde;o 1962. El acusado afirm&oacute; que fue sometido a terapia y ces&oacute; de cometer sus abusos sexuales a partir de 1991. Bernard Preynat  puede ahora ser condenado a una pena de hasta 10 a&ntilde;os de prisi&oacute;n.
